CASNET views capture as process in by which we take the incoming files, regardless of the original source, paper, FTP files, e-files, IVR files, x-rays, drawings or green bar reports and convert them into digital images that can be integrated into the current software. In fact, CASNET makes this process simple by viewing capture as more then just scanning and work with you to provide creative solutions to meet your capture needs.

Integrate
Integration is the how CASNET will connect the electronic files into your current software or document management solution. Deliver
At CASNET we can efficiently load the digital images into any solution multiple ways. We can take the digital images and through our safe and secured FTP connections to upload the companies or organizations images daily thus allowing immediate access to the records by the staff and others as desired.
Should the company or organization prefer, we will deliver the images, including the index values on CD/DVD media, or external hard drives allowing your staff to import into your solution while providing a digital archive and electronic backup that can be stored, preferably off-site.
