Greetings CASNET community! This week marks the launch of the CASNET Blog for members of our customer community and the greater enterprise content management (ECM) community at large. Our goal is to be a valued partner and resource, and share ideas and information relative to your business and beyond. Over the past eighteen years CASNET has been providing software solutions to manage paper intensive business processes. The issue of user adoption is one of the top challenges of implementing an ECM solution and new business processes. Whether it is the classic resistance to process change or a lack of Senior Management support, if not managed effectively, this issue will torpedo the project quickly causing all the groundwork the vendor partner and internal sponsors have completed in the spirit of improvement can go down the drain.
